Refund policy
As a consumer, you have the right to return an order to us within 14 days from receiving the order. This right applies only if the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as the received products purchased directly from www.mcraftsman.co.uk and must be returned to our central warehouse in Hong Kong for a return and full refund to be made.
Please contact cs@mcraftsman.co.uk for detailed information about where to send the return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and imagery showing the condition of the product(s). Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Return shipping is paid by the consumer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Your refund will not be approved if the product is damaged due to that you have not followed the instructions on the packaging.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
