Please note some orders may incur customs & duty fees, which the customer is required to pay in order to receive their order. Our Order processing is automated, hence, once an Order is placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders to Hong Kong, Macau, and China.

United Kingdom, USA & Canada
We offer a flat rate of USD 5 on orders of USD 41 or more. For orders under USD 41, a standard shipping fee of USD 10 applies.

Japan, Taiwan, Thailand & SE Asia
Shipping is available at a reduced rate of USD 10 for orders of USD 101 or more. For all other orders within these regions, the shipping fee is USD 15.

For all other destinations, please add your selected items to your shopping cart and enter your shipping address on the checkout page to receive a real-time shipping quote.

OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders typically take 7-15 business days to reach international destinations, but can sometimes take as long as 2-4 weeks for some destinations. It ultimately depends on where you live and what you've ordered. 
We wish we could give better specifics than that, but due to the complexities of international shipping we cannot. Orders can require up to 1 business day to process.
